Bikini line hair removal !?

Im 16 and my bikini line is so bad either when i shave i cnt get all the hair or i get a bad rash and i cnt shave everyday even thought the hair grows back. Waxing didnt work and it amkes going to the beach so uncomfortable even though I go everyday ! please help me any advice ideas or help would be greatly appriciated thank you so much
