Took a bunch of pills?

so this morning i took like idk 10 to 12 pills 30 min later i was feeling the effects eyeballs were hurting stomach i will never do that a again i still feel light headed but my stomach oh gosh!! it hurts!!! i got out of bed just to ask this but im freaking being tortured right now my own fault i know,i took pain killers i think ,, my question is should i be worried?? i mean its been hours,,but should i be worried??? dont ask y i did please,, alright cnt stand going to bed ;(
