Mane n' tail shapoo and conditioner?( growing and strengthening hair)?

I kno its for horses but I heard it strengthens your hair and helps it grow.i wanna know what it does to your hair and how long it would take for my 13 inch (my hair is relaxed) hair to grow longer? Or is there any other product that can help stengthen or make my hair grow w/out damaging it? And I cnt take any pill!
