BIkini Line Emergency Please Help!?

I dnt know what wrong but since last summer my bikini line has been horrible I shave it and either i miss some hair their short but still there and ill get a rash so i cnt wear smaller bottoms i have to spend time looking for biggers ones. does anyone have any ideas advice or help for hair removal waxing didnt work for me. please anything would be greatly appriciate it im a teenager and need all the help i can get ! thank you soo much
