Blue screen of death?

Hav blue screen ( unmountable_Boot_volume) no restore CDs no floppydisks nothin jus me mypc and the Internet and some blank CDs anyway I cnt get in safe mode what can I do2 fix it considering my conditions is there a way to fix it alone
