Ready for beach body's Insanity but worried about the nutrition guide?

Im starting Insanity on monday and am excited for it, I have been running for awhile so I figured that would help a little. Im just really worried about following the nutrition guide, mainly because I wont be able to get a lot of those foods but also because I wont be able to eat five meals a day like it says to because of my schedule. I already eat pretty healthy but I really want to follow a nutrition plan like Insanity's to get a six pack. Does anyone know a different or easier kind of food plan? I dont need to lose any weight but I do need to lose some belly fat and gain a little muscle.
