I need a easy teen diet please?
I really need a easy diet that I as a teen can follow!! I need to lose up to 80lbs and I'm committed to it I have a treadmil that I'm going to start running on! I also going to start zumba and walking laps in the morning! But I feel as if I just had a easy food guide to follow it would help alot more I hate to stop eating the foods I love so what if I just cut the meal in half? Instead of having 2 slices of pizza have 1 instead of haveing 2 cheese bugar have 1 etc.... Will that work as well? I know that drinking water will also have a big effect since I pretty much only drink soda!! I know that I'm a beautiful person but I feel as if I would be so much more pretty with 80lbs gone
