Ok im trying to sign up for blackops.com and link it but to link i need my password...which i forgott?

when psn came back online and the made me change my password, i cnt seem to remeber it ;( and my PS3 is set up to do the auto sign in so it doesnt even bring up the sign in page so i cnt do tht and the playstation website is down so i need help recovering my password ASAP plllzzzzz!!!
