Need advise... pregnant or in my head?

Period is 2 weeks late today.. been having some cramps but no period shows with them. I have sore breasts, head is killing me right now and out of the blue I just feel like throwing up at different times of the day, almost everyday for a week now. Lower back has been hurting for like 3 wks and today felt a weird feeling in my vagial area kinda lik pressure (normal?). Anyways I took a equate brand test when I was 4 days late and it was negative and another one week after that but still negative. I'm running out of ideas for my period being late and cnt really afford to get blood test done... any advise? Please keep negative comments to yourself, thanks!
