If my mom is ok with me going to american idol but she cant come will they still let me audition ?

am 16 and i am really trying to go audition for american idol this year , my mom cnt go because she has to work , but she is ok with me going will they still let me audition and do i have to be there for both registration days ? PLEASE HELP !
