How do u tell your bf that yall cnt be together anymore?

I'm 18yrs old. I will be starting college this fall. The fact of me liking a boy or tlking to one upsets my mom. I think she's over protective. My dad was all for it, but thn started assuming my boyfriend is just playing me. I haven't told my bf this yet and I haven't seen him in 2months. Idk wht to do. I wanna stay focused for school, but I dnt want our relationship to interfeer, and we dnt even have the same religon. Ugh HELP!!!
