HELP win 7 security 2012?

ok so the other day i was on the internet anx everything was find and out of nowhere everything just closed out. so i ran a full scan with my trend micro virus protection and it said that it found13 things of spyware and that it successfully deleted them . but this win 7 security 2012 keeps poping up saying alert your computers infected and it runs a scan and says it found all these viruses but when i use my virus protector it says that it didnt find any. so now heres the problem i csnt do anything on my computer now. i try to open up internet explorer and win 7 secuirty wont let me. i cant open itunes i cant open my birus protector any more i cant even go to my C drive . and then i put it in safemode and the problem was still there i cant even look at any files in safemode . basically i cant do anyhing. so should i go to best buy and have them remove it or can i jus do a factory reset or is there sometype of way i can delete this thing on my own . i must say im not an expert at computers but im not a dummy at them eiher . PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! i cant get on the internet to download any program thst would help . i cant even get on the internet to ask this quetion so when i say i cnt do anything on my computer thats what i mean ! HELPPPPP
